"Looking at intrinsically disordered proteins through NMR:
challenges and perspectives"
Organized in the frame of the IDPbyNMR Marie Curie ITN (www.idpbynmr.eu/home)
The EUROMAR in Crete provides an ideal opportunity to discuss about how NMR can contribute to the study of intrinsically disordered proteins that thanks to their high extent of disorder and flexibility are challenging well accepted concepts in structural biology.
In the spirit of the IDPbyNMR Marie Curie ITN, the PhD students and post-docs will have an active role in the discussion by presenting their results as well as the challenges they are encountering in their research.
A lunch snack will be offered to continue discussion and favor informal contacts.
A tentative timetable is reported below.
Participation to the workshop is open to all EUROMAR participants.
A few student presentations will be selected from the abstracts submitted to the EUROMAR.
The workshop will take place on the 30th, from 10.00 to 14.00.
