Instructions for Poster & Oral Presentation EUROMAR 2013

Poster Presentation

Many contributions will be presented as posters and, therefore, poster sessions will be a key element of the EUROMAR 2013 scientific program.

The poster board dimensions are height 179cm and width 95cm.

Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided at the secretariat desk for poster display.

The presenters will be able to arrange their posters at designated panels on Sunday 30th June and in the morning of Monday 1st July and remove them at the end of the conference.

Poster numbers will be uploaded in the web site soon.

Poster Session 1 - Monday 1st July 14:30 - 16:00

Poster Session 2 - Tuesday 2nd July 14:30 - 16:00

Poster Session 3 - Thursday 4th July 14:30 - 16:00

 

Lecture Presentations

 

Since the EUROMAR 2013 scientific program will follow a given time schedule, all oral communications including discussion should not exceed the limit specified below.
Plenary lectures: 45 min
Invited Speakers' lectures: 30 min
Oral Communications: 20 min

Data Projectors

The lecture room will be equipped with data projectors only controlled by PC with MS PowerPoint software (version 2007). The presentation files should be provided on CD-ROM or flash memory USB sticks. If necessary, laptops (under Windows or Mac OS) can be used directly for the presentation but organizers will have no responsibility for solving laptop-data projector communication problems. A PC for checking the PowerPoint presentation beforehand will be available in the Conference IT Room.

Language

The official symposium language is English.
